Before heading head first into the identity of Project Leader/Analysts, it is indispensable to be reminded of the fundamentals of consulting. Consulting itself (consultancy.eu) is defined as the practice of providing a third party with expertise on a matter in exchange for a fee. Harvard Business Review deduce the purposes of Consulting as below:
Consultants, individuals who assist the management to establish the problem-solution fit, are responsible in achieving the aforementioned steps. Most of the time, the traditional steps of purposes are the main practice within the industry as it is the most requested service by clients. However, many consultants aspire to achieve the additional goals. This practice is what Project Leaders and Project Analysts are going to perform with our very own clients.
